Get back into shape and make new friends after moving to Baltimore. 2 years ago (Winter 2016).

Favorite WOD? And Why?
Anything with cleans, double unders, sit ups or pull ups. Because I'm good at them.

Favorite movement to teach?
Squats.

Favorite client/athlete memory?
Anytime someone does their first pull up. And then more...and then more...
