Why did you start CrossFit/kickboxing/yoga? And when?
I started CF because I wasn’t making any improvements from my old routine. CF is definitely perfect for my line of work.

Favorite movement to teach?
Snatch, Clean, and Jerks.
Favorite client/athlete memory?
Not in one specific class but I love it when others cheer other people on. Yelling to motivate someone is very inspiring. I like a good ol’ Warrior cry.
